SAMS organises events both digitally and in person. Members are informed of upcoming events through email, newsletters, and the homepage. New projects can be initiated by members or SAMS administration and are reviewed collaboratively. Forming the consortium and creating the application is a joint effort.

Does SAMS offer any training or educational programs?

Yes, SAMS offers a successful training program called SAMS LAB – Business Modeling for Advanced Services. This program is run in collaboration with the University of South-Eastern Norway and Luleå University of Technology.

Our strategy for the upcoming period focuses on enhancing our international presence and supporting our members in commercialisation through strategic partnerships. We aim to distinguish ourselves from other Norwegian clusters by creating associate alliances with international and national forums beyond Norway. This will provide our members with improved regulatory support and better market access. Our approach will shift from solely building within Norway to leveraging external forums and collaborating on regulatory matters to facilitate commercialisation.

What does it cost to be a member?

The annual membership fee starts at 7,875 NOK. Members are also expected to participate in events, projects, and other activities actively.

How can my organisation become a member?

SAMS accepts new members on a rolling basis. We recommend discussing your interest with board members or the CEO before submitting an application. LINK. The Board of Directors will review your application and respond promptly.
